Spoilers made from high density rigid foam, with moulded bighead inserts, finished, primed & ready for painting. (Spoilers) green, red, spoiler Lamp Pods & Number Plate holder for four wheel drive vehicles made from a high density polyurethane (RIM) material, which has excellent physical properties. Components finished with in-mould paints, to reduce any additional costs from extra processes.

Our shim trays are made from a high density polyurethane (RIM) material which meets the flame retardancy specification UL94 V0. These are also used in MRI Scanners where operating temperatures of – 296°C are achieved. Cabinets and Cases made for MRI Scanners & X – Ray Processors where resistance to chemicals and temperatures are key elements to their operation.

Audio speaker horns and cabinets made from high density polyurethane (RIM) material to give a quality higher definition sound.

Can be supplied painted or unpainted to customers requirements.
