We are able to offer a full design concept service using IBM Catia V5 Solid modelling program. We are also able to accept data in the form of actual components, hardcopy component drawings or electronic 2D or 3D format (CAT, Model, PDF, DWG etc . . .).

Our well equipped production facility has high and low pressure dispensing machines from Cannon, Krauss Maffei, Hennecke & Puromat.

Also a range of mould presses of various sizes from Cannon, & custom made modular and screw types. Walk-in preparation rooms and finishing booths together with conveyor fed and manual spray booths.
